Assign by name

A personal link by e-mail, a due date, reminders before and on the day.

Recurring training

Every 12 months, or the period you set: the training comes back on its own, three weeks before it is due. Late? The manager hears about it a week after.

Pass mark

You set it, 80 % by default. A fail counts as not done.

Results that teach you something

The path through the rooms, the score spread, the hardest questions, the hazards missed, by device and by language.

Certificates

A nominative PDF for every pass, in the trainee's language, with a verification address and QR code. E-mailed for assigned trainings.

Export

CSV, one line per person and cycle, for your LMS or your auditor.

Your organisation, your view Coming

Results follow the way your company is organised: each country, site or department sees its own people and its own figures, and head office sees them all side by side. With single sign-on for your teams.

Paths

Several trainings, in the right order.

An induction is rarely one training. Put several in the order you choose, assign the path to a person with one due date, and each training opens once the one before is passed — or simply finished, if you prefer.

Every step is an ordinary assignment: the same personal link, reminders, recurrence, results and certificate. The trainee is told by e-mail when the path is assigned and when the next training opens. You build and follow paths in the Studio.

A trainee's path on a phone: two trainings passed, the third in progress, the fourth locked
The trainee's own space

Everything they have to do, in one place.

On my.Training-360.com, each trainee finds what to do next and by when, where they stand on each path, the trainings coming back for renewal, and every certificate. Each e-mail they receive carries their personal link; on another device, a six-digit code sent by e-mail lets them in. No password, no app.

The leaderboard is yours to switch on

You choose who is ranked together: the whole company, each manager's team, or the people of one site or department. It restarts every quarter, and anyone can hide their name. In France, inform your works council (CSE) and your data protection officer before you turn it on.

Sample certificate of achievement: name, training, date, score, duration, verification QR code

Proof you can hand to an auditor.

A nominative PDF for every pass: date, score and duration, with your company named as the issuer. Printed in the language the training was played in, Arabic, Japanese and Hindi included. The QR code and the address on the certificate let anyone check it is genuine.
