The same figures as your Studio, in the conversation.
The connector lets a company admin of Training-360 ask their AI assistant questions about their own company: the trainings, the results, the certificates, the follow-up of assignments, the learning paths and the people. The answers come from your Studio, the same figures you read there. It does not replace the Studio: briefs, editing, publishing and assignments stay in the Studio.
One question, before it matters.
“Who is overdue on the forklift training before Thursday’s team meeting?”
The overdue assignments, one row per person, with the due date. A learner field such as a site narrows it to the people carrying that value.
“Which certificates expire in the next 60 days?”
Each person’s latest certificate: when issued, when renewal opens, when it runs out, and whether it is valid, expiring or expired. Then who is overdue.
“What does the manager of the Lyon site see?”
Their team’s trainings and paths in the trainee space, and for each person the status, due date, score and path progress.

The connector is tested with Claude. The four steps below are the ones to follow.
ChatGPT
Available in ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces. An administrator of the workspace turns on developer mode, then adds a connector with the address below. The connector is tested with Claude; ChatGPT follows the same open standard.
Add a custom connector
In Claude, open Settings › Connectors and choose Add custom connector (or find Training-360 in the connectors directory once it is listed). In ChatGPT, add a connector in developer mode.

training_listRead onlyThe trainings of your company, one row per training with its language versions folded under it: id, code, title, language, publish state and public player link. Most recently changed first.
training_getRead onlyOne training: id, code, title, language, the languages it is translated into, publish state, public player link, the date it was first ready and its number of scenes.
results_getRead onlyThe Résultats report of one training: plays, completions, scores and pass rate against the previous period, the path through the scenes, the questions most missed, devices, languages, and one row per assigned trainee. Last 90 days unless a period is given.

Your identity, your rights
Every call goes to our API as the signed-in person, with that person’s own rights, for their own company only. The company’s switch and the person’s role are checked on every call.
Names reach your AI provider
People appear named, as in the Studio. What a tool returns is read by the AI provider the connector is added in (for example Claude), under the account you hold with that provider.
What is never returned
Sign-in identifiers, certificate files, and the personal links of trainees. A training’s own public player link is returned.
31 days
A connection expires after 31 days; you sign in again. A company admin can end any connection at any time in the Studio, under “AI assistant connections”. Removing a person, or switching the connector off for the company, stops it at the next call.
Sealed
The token that keeps you signed in is sealed with a key held in AWS Key Management Service (Paris region), bound to the person.
Erasure
A request to erase a person also erases their connections.

Managers Coming
Other roles (managers) may come in a later version. Today they, trainees and companies that have not been switched on are refused with a plain sentence.
