The conditions that apply to the Training-360 website and to the connector for AI assistants.

The Training-360 service and the website training-360.com are provided by HCAIS PTE. LTD., a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202548381G), 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914. The service

Trainings are produced and delivered to a client company under the terms of the contract signed with it. These terms do not replace that contract. Trainings produced for a client remain that client’s property under the terms of the contract.

The connector for AI assistants

• It is available to a company admin of a company for which Training-360 has switched it on. It is off otherwise.
• It reads the Studio with the signed-in person’s own rights and for their own company only. In this version it only reads: it writes nothing and deletes nothing.
• The person connecting it is responsible for using it in line with their company’s rules, and for the AI provider they choose: what a tool returns, including people’s names, is read by that provider under the account the person holds with it.
• A connection expires after 31 days. A company admin can end it at any time in the Studio, and Training-360 can switch the connector off for a company.
• The processing of personal data is described in Privacy and cookies.

Acceptable use

Use the connector only for your own company’s data, and do not try to reach data of another company or to bypass the rights of the signed-in person.

Intellectual property

All content on the site and in the Studio (texts, visuals, the Training-360 mark) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Liability

Information published here, and the answers an AI assistant composes from what the connector returns, are provided for guidance. Training-360 strives to keep the data it serves accurate but cannot be held liable for omissions or inaccuracies, nor for the use made of them.
