Your content, your experts, our studio.
You bring what you already have and the people who know the job. Clara drafts, our studio builds and signs, your experts review. A week later, the training is in your teams' hands.
Procedures, slide decks, PDFs, photos, videos of a gesture. Up to ten files for the brief, more per room.
YouClara reads your files and proposes the frame, the rooms and the exercises. You confirm each stage; she marks what she proposed and what came from you.
You + ClaraScenes of your place, markers on the real objects, the voices, the exercises, the recap and the quiz, in your language and English.
Our studioA private beta link. Comment any room or any line; we answer in the thread and fix.
Your experts + our studioYou publish the version you approved. Trainees always get a validated version; the beta stays where you edit.
YouA brief that is really yours.
Clara works with you in a conversation next to the brief. She files each document into the room it belongs to, asks whether a video is for the trainee or for our studio, and advises without forbidding: when she would not recommend something, she says why and gives you the alternative. You decide.
Specialised AI assistants prepare each training; a human expert of our studio validates the script and the training before delivery.
I've added our dock procedure and a video of the leveler.
I've put both in room 2. Should the video be shown to the trainee, or is it a guide for our studio?
What our studio checks before you see it
The trade
Procedures in their order, the right equipment and PPE, your words and the trade's, rules quoted from a real source.
The pedagogy
Each room activates the four pillars. One instruction at a time. The exercise tests what the room taught.
What the trainee hears and sees
What the voice says is on screen. Every label matches its object. The trainee always knows what to do next.
The pictures
A professional would accept them: no invented equipment, no visible seam, the speaking person matches the voice.
20 languages, one link
Each trainee gets their language from the same link or QR code, and can switch in the player. Voice in 16 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Polish, Russian, Romanian. Text only in Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai and Ukrainian.
When you change the source, only what moved is translated again.
Versions you control
Every publish is a numbered version. Compare any two, see exactly what changed, go back to an earlier one in a click. Your trainees follow the version you published while you keep improving the next one.
Your existing trainings, elevated: a slide deck or an e-learning module becomes an immersive training with the same validated content and regulatory wording.
Every device, no app
Phone, tablet and desktop, through the browser — and VR headsets such as the Meta Quest. A link or a QR code.
Your data in Europe
Hosted in Paris. Your documents and site photos stay private; AI processing of your documents stays in the EU.
Support included
One named contact from the first brief to your trainees' feedback. Coming: enterprise SSO, teams
In a Meta Quest: the same link, no app
A phone on site is all we need.
Send a link to someone on site. They film each room with their phone in about a minute, guided by an arrow. Our studio turns it into a clean 360° picture, faithful to your place. Or send us the photos from your 360° camera.
A link per room
By e-mail or QR code. No account, no app, valid seven days.
About a minute of filming
Standing in the middle, the person turns on the spot. An arrow shows where to point next; the room, unrolled, turns blue as it is covered.
Our studio assembles and cleans
The frames become one sphere, cleaned without moving anything: a faithful twin of the room.
You validate
Nothing is used before you say so. Then the room becomes a scene of your training.
What you choose from
Private until validated
The source photos go to a private store in Europe, never to the public training.
Deleted after use
Source photos are deleted 30 days after you validate or refuse a capture.
Redo as often as needed
The person on site can start again with the same link until you validate.
