Built on the science of learning
Immersion is a powerful advantage: the trainee is in the scene, on their own site. What turns it into learning is the science behind it: the four pillars of learning, described by neuroscientist Stanislas Dehaene. Every Training360 training activates them, in that order. Not a promise: it is what the player does today, in the demo above.
Attention
The trainee is in the scene, not in front of slides.
A 360° panorama of their trade, hazards placed on the real objects, a voice that guides, a person who speaks to them. In a hazard hunt, a thirty-second timer keeps the eyes moving.
In the player: panorama, markers on objects, voice, timerActive engagement
Nothing moves until they act.
Finding every hazard is safety. Making a choice and living its consequence in the next scene is security. Running a procedure step by step on the real equipment is maintenance. Skipping is impossible.
In the player: hunt, procedure, choice and consequence sceneFeedback
Every action gets an immediate answer.
The narrator explains a right or wrong pick on the spot, the quiz corrects immediately. At the end, the results say what is mastered and what needs work, objective by objective.
In the player: per-marker feedback, quiz correction, score per objectiveConsolidation
At the end, the essentials fit in five lines.
Every training ends with what to remember: the gestures and rules that matter, in order, to reread the day before the first shift. Then the same training replays after an incident, at the yearly refresher, in twenty languages, from a link or a QR code, no app.
In the player: the essentials at the end, replay from any device, twenty languagesDehaene, S. (2020). How We Learn: The New Science of Education and the Brain. Penguin. We cite the pillars; we claim no retention rate: completion tracking will let us publish one, measured with our clients.
What the research measures
Third-party results, quoted as published. Immersion alone does not beat the classroom (Kaplan et al., Human Factors, 2021): the method is what counts. Our own figures will come from the pilot measured with our clients.
Months. Weeks. Days.

Try a training on your phone
Point your camera at a code, or open the link on this device. Seven demonstration trainings, three to five minutes each, in French. No account, no app: a link is all a trainee ever needs.

Every demo runs in the same player your teams would use: phone, tablet, desktop, VR headset through the browser. Your own training gets its own link and QR code, in the languages you choose.
Your existing trainings, elevated
A PowerPoint deck, a PDF, an e-learning module: our AI training agents retrofit it and redesign a modern, immersive, more impactful version of the same content. The validated substance and the regulatory wording stay; the form moves to the four pillars, in your setting. Same content, more impact.
Importing an existing training into the Studio: coming. Today, the text of your material goes into the brief.
